    I don’t fangirl anything more than I fangirl Tracie Thoms fangirling other Bway peeps. Like, it reminded me of that time the Rent movie cast were pretending to fawn over a rehearsal of Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp, but Tracie was totally earnest about it and everyone started shooting her “oh, honey…” looks because they found it just as misguided and endearing as I do.

    rubdown: HEY GUYS - I was nominated in this Chicks Be Tweetin’ contest on Cosmo Radio? The only time I’ve ever had SiriusXM Radio is when my dad leases a new truck and the truck has free satellite radio for 30 days. I’ve never heard of this show, I’ve never heard of the host of the show, but OBVIOUSLY I feel deeply grateful to be nominated, ALTHOUGH, I don’t understand why they put me in the Sad Shorties category. I cry a lot but they don’t know that. The grand prize is $500 for the winner and $500 for the person who nominated you. DO Y’ALL KNOW HOW BAD I COULD USE $500? DO Y’ALL KNOW WHERE I’M FROM?! The guy who nominated me, @grahamorama, just started following me a couple months ago (he enjoys it when I have meltdowns over Breaking Bad). I’ve been following him for a while because he lives in Detroit and last year he and Dave Holmes at McRibs together via Twitter, which I thought was incredibly delightful. Listen, I’m 23 years old and I’ve been on the internet for 7 years. I love the internet. I love being excited about things, expressing that excitement, and communicating with others who also feel excitement. I love this. Probably the best way to express excitement via the internet, to me, is Twitter. I love Twitter. Nobody loves Twitter more than me. You could take away everything else and I’d be fine, just leave Twitter alone. What I love about Twitter is it gives me an outlet to talk to people, constantly, about everything. It’s a void I can scream into and sometimes someone likes what I say and friendship forever and all of these things. This is completely amazing to me. I feel very honored, blessed, and beloved on the internet and all I ever do is do me. I need $500. VOTE FOR @BONERS IN THIS POLL CUZ IT’S ME AND I LOVE YOU. I want to vote once for every second we danced the Courtney Cox Dancing In The Dark dance at that Empires concert (approximately 1 million seconds) but it won’t let me, so I’m reblogging so all two dozen of my followers vote too.
